Create a highly detailed, clickable design prototype for iPad and mobile devices, enabling them to present it for the first round of investment.

My task was to complete the entire process in the shortest possible time — from initial negotiations and requirement gathering to the first investment round. The client had only three weeks.

A mobile version with limited functionality, designed for agency clients to track the progress of their property purchase or rental transactions
Part 2: For Real Estate Agents
The real estate agent app offers significantly expanded functionality. Agents can schedule viewings, manage their calendars, and analyze the market using charts, diagrams, and real-time statistical data. The app also includes a database of available properties within the agency’s portfolio, allowing agents to review detailed property cards and share listings directly with clients.
