Product Ideas and Goals
Automation of promotion and its integration into the product
The idea of the service was to create a tool for automated promotion on YouTube. The company already had a working one for setting up advertising on YouTube with the help of personal managers.
Stakeholders noticed that the algorithms that managers perform are largely identical. This is how the idea of creating a service appeared, where the user himself enters data about his channel/video and advertising settings are selected automatically. Such a service significantly reduced the cost of the service with a slight loss of quality.

Video Promotion
The promote a specific video functionality
To promote a specific video, the service needs to collect data on the category of the video, the audience of the promotion, and the desired budget for the advertising company. Where were to options: to launch a standard promotion and to make it more personalized by filling bigger questionary.

I divided the questionnaire into 4 stages and separately highlighted at what stage the user is in order to make the process more understandable and increase the number of users making payments.

It was important to show the user how the cost of services changes when new parameters are added. To do this, I added a "cash receipt" on the right side of the screen. So the service shows the cost at the moment

Channel promotion
The subscription promotion of entire YouTube channel
Another functionality is the promotion of entire YouTube channels. This service works by subscription. Yhe user selects the desired amount of payment per month, and enters general data about the channel and payment data, after which the application goes to work.

To visualize how the subscription price affects the success of the promotion, I created a dynamic bar chart that shows the expected increase in subscribers in the coming months and changes depending on the movement of the subscription cost slider

Statistics & Dashboards
Combined statistics for all promotion types
It was important for us to make the service not only with convenient functionality for creating advertising campaigns but also with the same simple and convenient viewing of their results.

In one account, you can order promotions for different channels, as well as simultaneously order promotions for the entire channel and individual videos on it. Therefore, I divided the statistics into two main sections according to the type of promotion.

Within the section, a separate card is devoted to each individual advertising company. The card indicates the status of the company, the implementation process, and preliminary results: the number of views, likes, and subscriptions to the channel.

with portable devises
The main users of the product are bloggers and media managers. Because of this, more than 52% of traffic comes from mobile devices. (We have implemented the research of other company products intended for the same users). Therefore, the issue of usability of moods and dashboards on the mobile version was especially acute.

Therefore, already at the stage of beta-version, we set aside time to develop a convenient and understandable mobile version, in which each of the buttons will correspond to the size of a finger. As well as corridor testing the convenience of these designs.
Design Details
The clients are mostly the owners of small YouTube channels who do not have budgets for an advertising manager for which the service becomes obfuscated. To make the interface more friendly and easy to understand, I created a lot of additional graphics and infographics I show below.
